My research focuses on metabolic changes in the lung microenvironment that orchestrate inflammation, particularly on how metabolites regulate immune cell function and mediate crosstalk between immune cells. He is known as the "Dionysus" of the lab and is responsible for enjoying drinking and dancing, with attempts at humor that are not always successful. He also keeps the flame of his passion for art alive.

My academic background is rooted in a Ph.D. focused on mass spectrometry-based multi-omics, specifically utilizing LC-MS/MS for proteomics and metabolomics. Fascinated by the complexities of metabolism and biology, I transitioned to MABL at Korea University as a postdoctoral researcher in March 2026 to expand my research journey. He is known as "Doping Sniper" of the lab and responsible for monitoring caffeine intake in our lab.

My research focuses on unraveling metabolic reprogramming in immune cells that mediate immune responses across a range of disease contexts using diverse omics approaches. He is known as the “Picasso" of the lab and is responsible for taking care of figures and visual work with a strong sense of detail. He is also known as the lab’s official curator of classic vibes.

My research interests lie in hepatic metabolism, particularly in understanding how metabolites produced during gut digestion are transported to the liver and affect physiological processes, and the mechanisms behind these interactions. She is known as failed escapee, who has not (yet) run away from the lab
